i wanted to show my family the new house my husband & i wanted to buy. we could only get a few showings in a certain amount of time & without thinking i text Kate on a Sunday & she said she’d be more than happy to show the house! She went completely out of her way on a day i’m sure she was spending with her family (looking back i feel horrible for doing that) but this was just ONE highlight of our closing experience with her. she explained things to my husband & i no matter how many times we needed her to (we are first time home buyers). not to mention she ALSO went out of her way to get us some gifts on the day we got the keys. she goes ABOVE AND BEYOND what she gets paid for. she didnt just feel like a realtor, she genuinely felt like a friend. i would give her a ten star rating if i could.

Andrew was very helpful in discussing possible options and then especially for supplying a dump trailer since we had a lot of trash to haul out. He was very good at guiding us through the process. I recommend Andrew for anyone's real estate needs.
