Ruthie New is an excellent realtor and very knowledgeable about the law. We contacted Ruthie to list my mom's home after her death in August; and walked us through the paperwork during a very difficult time. When I needed a roofing company, electrician, plumber, carpet shampooer etc. she gave me the contact information and they were there within a day or two and all of them were very good at their trade. My mom's home sold in a few weeks and the closing went very smoothly. We are selling in 2026 and she is the only real estate agent I would consider listing our house with. I strongly recommend her to anyone when buying or selling a home.

A house on our street sold through an estate sale. It sold for about 80,000K under comps. Ruthie helped us come up with a listing price that wasn’t too low even though the comps were against us. She also put up a “coming soon “ sign in front of our house. A couple saw the sign and it gave them time to get their offer prepared. They bought our house before it went on MLS!
