Angela was professional & fun from the moment we met her. She had a sixth sense, she could tell when one of us was feeling anxious or frustrated or... Her assurances were heartfelt and honest when she would offer a word or encouragement. She was straight up with us about her advice,we'd openly discuss our options and we decided which route to go; change prices, pre -inspection, landscaping, change furnishings etc. We were selling in a tough market and she got it done for us with the least intrusions I've had selling.

Anne was the best person to help me find a home. She was patient and knowledgeable and kept me up to date on everything that was going on right when it was happening. Anne was accessible for my questions and concerns at anytime of the day, any time of the week. She took the time to find answers for me and explain every situation that I couldn’t understand on my own. The house I was selling had quite a few mishaps- out of both my and Anne’s control- and I am so glad I had Anne to help me through that process. She went to bat for me and we ended up in the best possible outcome. Anne goes above and beyond for her people and I couldn’t be anymore appreciative or thankful.

Paul went above and beyond throughout our entire home-buying process. He spent countless hours driving us around to view properties and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. He even took the time to get to know our family — memorizing all seven of our kids’ names — which really showed how much he cared about helping us find the right home, not just any home. His deep knowledge of the local areas helped us narrow things down quickly and confidently. He stayed on top of every timeline, contingency, and negotiation, keeping us informed every step of the way. When we couldn’t be there in person, Paul drove to properties and video called us so we didn’t miss a thing. He even researched specific property details like what types of animals were allowed — something especially important to us. Even after closing, Paul continued to go the extra mile. He personally drove to the property to pick up keys and make sure the home was secure while we were still out of state. Our experience felt very hands-off. After the initial pitch, we were set up on an automated email list and ended up finding most of the homes ourselves. Communication was minimal, which made planning a weekend trip from out of state stressful—we often didn’t know what showings were scheduled until last minute. When we came to town, she showed us a few houses, then had to leave for a personal commitment and gave us builder codes to tour homes on our own. We found a new build we liked, she submitted the offer, and we closed without any negotiation. After that, there was little follow-up, just a card asking for referrals. It would have been nice to feel more supported, especially being out-of-state buyers who relied heavily on our agent’s guidance.
