I would ‘Absolutely’ recommend Karissa Williams-Black! Karissa helped me through a Very complicated situation. I lost my home to ‘eminent domain’, and had been unsuccessful, finding and closing on a relocation home until working with Karissa. Had to find a home that fit the requirements of a qualified replacement, and close within a required time period. With a fast moving housing market, and slow relocation process. I was unable to find anything. Karissa, found a home that qualified, worked with all parties involved…listing agent, lender, and relocation company, to successfully complete the process. I was at a risk of losing my relocation package, but she took control of the situation and was able to do what no other, I previously worked with, could do! Absolutely, the Best!

She is on top of each and every detail. I had to do nothing. Her follow through was amazing. She is very detail oriented, talented, and extremely knowledgeable. She is personable, as well as very business oriented at the same time. I have lived her for 49 years moved 28 times during my life time due to husband being transferred. She is by far the best I have seen, detail oriented, smart, and does the greatest job you can imagine. She definitely has her clients interests. She is amazing and hard working.
