I have used the same agent for 5 homes in the Boise area, but decided to give Angie a try because my son and his wife spoke so highly of her. The entire process was so easy for me! It was priced right, had multiple offers, and sold within 2 weeks. And, my husband and I were out of the country during the inspection and for the fixes that needed to be done. Angie arranged everything and had it all completed so we basically just had to sign final docs when we returned and get our check!

Candace really knows the Boise valley, had a recommendation for a great home inspector, and made it all seem effortless. I would definitely recommend her to you for any home buying, but especially for your first one!
