He is a honest straight shooter who knows the local area having grown up and living here. He knows the communities, neighborhoods, and builders. I was an out of state buyer and he went above and beyond knowing I couldn't hop on a plane to come over for things such as the inspection. He did a great job of keeping in communication and being responsive to questions which was especially helpful since I was in Florida and Europe during most of the transaction.
