We have worked with Angie to buy and sell two houses in the past 4 years and she has done an amazing job each time. She was very helpful and very patient with me as I was very picky in what I was looking for. She was always in contact with me or my husband about where we were in each process and we always knew exactly what was going on. We will definitely use Angie again if we buy/sell in the future.

We ended up working with Chris because he wanted to take care of us during our purchase. He brought market data to help us evaluate what properties were worth, and was an a faithful counselor who was able to help us negotiate wisely during our inspection. Chris is a good and joyful man. His team also has well built systems and processes, and that helps them provide consistency to clients.

Teena is always engaged & timely in her response. Her experience and years of knowledge of the areas in Idaho help her customers with a realistic understanding what to expect. She was particularly helpful with her knowledge of resources to help us move. And was also very helpful in finding our new home by making time to help us search. Her valuation of our property was spot on. This will be the 5th home I've sold, and Teena was the best helper ever! If you are looking to sell or buy property, contact her!
