We had a great experience working with Joanne and her partner Alyse Stark. We were only in town for a short period of time to look at condos in person and Joanne was very efficient in setting up showing appointments so we could maximize our time. Once we were back on the east coast, working remotely with Joanne was seamless. Both Joanne and Alyse were very responsive and either knew the answer to our questions or promptly found someone who did. As this was our first time dealing with an HOA, we had quite a few questions on an upcoming assessment and other matters and Joanne and/or Alyse were efficient in getting us the information we needed.
