With her knowledge and experience, she was able to guide us throughout the whole process, and was outstanding at helping us remain calm with all of the obstacles we would occur in our path. She is great at communicating with her clients, and keeping you updated every step of the way. She is extremely responsive and is a phone call or text away no matter the day or time. She was able to help us all the way from listing our house, to buying our home. She has tons of connections and good relations with other realtors and great contractors. We encountered issues with contractors we had chosen, who simply failed to preform their jobs, but Carol was ready with a calm voice and a solution to our problems. Carol was able to get us our forever home that checked all the boxes we had, and there was a lot. We cannot stop recommending her to our friends, family and anyone willing to listen.
