Melissa recently both led us in buying our new home in Mineola, TX and then selling our existing home in Sulphur Springs, TX. She was nothing short of excellent in her guiding us through the buying process (and selling process), which included us having her show us over a dozen homes. She provided excellent advice and suggestions that helped us make our decision. In the end, my wife and I finalized on what we consider "a perfect house" for us. Both in buying and selling, she worked with the buying/selling agents of the other homes as well as the lenders and title companies to ensure all documentation was completed and signed. Lots of busy work but Melissa handled every thing flawlessly. Melissa was the best and I highly recommend her.

Sam was fantastic throughout the entire process of helping me find the right piece of land. I had some pretty specific requirements, and he was patient, dependable, and always willing to go the extra mile—both figuratively and literally! Some of the properties were quite a distance away, and we would often look at several in one day. I especially appreciated his willingness to work with me on weekends because of my busy work schedule. This was my first time purchasing land to build a home, so I was incredibly thankful to have Sam there to guide me through the process, especially when it came to negotiations. We ended up having to extend the contract a few times while I worked through getting the funding lined up for my construction loan, and Sam was there to help every step of the way. He even went above and beyond on closing day. He drove all the way to my bank, sat with me while I signed the closing documents and reviewed everything with me, then personally drove the notarized documents to the title company—getting them there just before they closed for the day! I’m so grateful I had Sam in my corner throughout this entire process. His patience, reliability, flexibility, and willingness to do whatever was needed made buying my land so much easier. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide me through such an important step toward building my new home!
