We don't move often, and I certainly don't know all about real estate sales beyond what I've read, so we sought a real estate agent who was both highly knowledgeable and a straight-shooter who'd address our many questions while giving us clear answers and advice. Well, Joe was all of that and so much more from the very outset until after closing on the house. He put my wife and me at ease with his listening skills, along with his sage advice, and highly personable nature, not to mention his more-than-fair sales commission. Joe is super easy to talk to, plus we were so positively impressed by the way he conscientiously answers his phone, texts or emails right away. He addressed any and all questions and concerns we had about virtually anything, from which things to fix, to how to stage our home, the sweet spot on pricing the house and so much more. Joe made everything from advising, pricing, staging, photographing, marketing, listing, selling and closing on our home go so smoothly that it was a pleasure to work with him from start to finish. Moreover, Joe was so friendly and personable throughout the process, his manner put us completely at ease. Just a very real, smart, stand-up guy. Working with Joe felt as if we'd had a long-standing friend who happened to be an expert at the real estate craft. We interviewed 4 prospective real estate agents, who all seemed very good in their own right, but the moment we met with Joe we knew we'd found the best one of all. Then, when all of our home fixes were complete, his photographer (free of charge) made our home look the best it's ever looked. We put our home on the market at a fair price on a Friday, by the end of the weekend we had two offers for 10K over asking. And the sale went through smooth as silk. I don't write a lot of reviews, but we were so positively impressed by Joe that I felt compelled to unequivocally give him the highest possible review and recommendation regarding every aspect of the sales process.

Jesse is a phenomenal realtor!!! My wife and I looked at houses over the course of two years on and off. I wasn't so sure I wanted to move, and my wife really wanted to move. In addition to being really smart, Jesse is kind and immensely patient. I am slow to make big decisions, and I NEVER felt rushed or pressured to get a house. Jesse was a guide in our house buying process in the way that he offered information, knowledge, and insight into the market. He would offer the information then let us make the best decision possible for our situation. Not only did he help buy our dream house, he also helped us sell our house. When we were making our offer to buy our house, Jesse laid out all of the information, and we ended up getting our house for under their asking price. Further, when we sold OUR house, we got above our asking price so it really was a wonderful experience working with him! In addition to being a professional and awesome realtor, Jesse is just an OUTSTANDING person. I met him in 2014 when my house in Richfield didn't sell (using a different realty group), and I made sure to keep his contact information until we were ready to sell years later. I am so glad that my wife and I had the opportunity to work with such an awesome person!!!!
