She had many connections for other moving services as well, such as moving companies, junk removal, utility coordinating, etc that were all very helpful. Jonna was personal and relatable and we were able to build a friendship after our house buying experience. Jonna was knowledgeable, and super flexible and always enthusiastic and gave us great advice but did not try to push us to make decision if we were not comfortable.
