Laura was AMAZING to work with. Right off the bat she was responsive, prompt, and kept us in the loop with everything we needed to know as first time home buyers. I felt like she had our best interests prioritized the entire time, and my sense from talking to others is that is rare! The market is crazy competitive right now for buyers (Winter/Spring 2021) and we were able to go BELOW asking price (which everyone is shocked to hear). She also knew exactly who to hire for inspection and uncovered an issue with the house that the previous sellers and sellers agent missed in their inspection process! Saved us about 10k. I will use and recommend Laura’s expertise for her whole career. Cannot recommend enough!
