I had the best time house hunting with Eric (aka Swanny). I had bought and sold 6 different properties and this was the first time I used a realtor, and I couldn’t have had a more positive experience. He was unbelievably patient as we looked at 32 places. At every single home we went to, Eric told me where the nearest grocery store, hardware store and restaurants to try were. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of the Cities never once did he use Maps. It was really helpful having him drive; I was able to ask questions about the houses and neighborhoods, all the while being able to look around to take in as much as possible. When I couldn’t find a place in the neighborhoods I thought I wanted, he would send listings in places I wouldn’t have thought to look in. He did a great job of listening to what I wanted, asking clarifying questions and not once did he mansplain! I was coming from out of state for a limited time and he and his company made the process seamless, there wasn’t one hiccup.

Erick was very thorough in researching homes that fit my criteria and was never at all coercive - he fully let me steer the parameters. He was a fabulous communicator and always answered my calls right away or got back to me within minutes. He was a patient listener and took my concerns into consideration and was an overall great partner in the process. I'd buy my next house though him!
