I called Linda and she came out the next day, took pictures, went over the contract to sell our rental property and had it listed online the next afternoon with about 70 or more sites. We had a contract after 39 days! She kept us updated all the way through and we got to sign negotiations on our phones. Quick and easy and closed in just a couple of weeks.
