Lectie is a consummate professional! We worked with her on the purchase of a condotel at the Ritz Carlton Waikiki. This type of purchase has many nuances, and Lectie’s expertise shined! She worked expertly with all parties resulting in a truly great experience. Her communication and negotiating skills are outstanding! She anticipated our questions and provided excellent clarity and guidance. Her follow-thru was impeccable. Moreover, Lectie was a pure joy to work with. She helped make this dream come true for us!

We started purchasing one condo that fell out of escrow. We were quickly back into escrow with our second choice and closed on the unit in just over three weeks. Scott was quick to respond at all hours. We bought the unit "as is" but still had a home inspection. The HVAC was faulty and Scott negotiated an escrow credit to have it replaced. A very smooth and quick transaction and would definitely use him again.
