We can't say enough good things about Cherie Tsukamoto and her colleague Kaety Enos. We had to sell a condo at a difficult time from both a market and personal standpoint. The sellers were two trusts, each with multiple trustees, most of whom lived on the mainland. Cherie and Kaety were knowledgable, highly competent and efficient and very savvy about market conditions and how to best spiff up and present our property.
