As a first-time homebuyer, I really appreciated having an experienced and knowledgeable Realtor by my side. From start to finish, working with David Sur to purchase my condo in Honolulu was a great experience. David helped me understand the process, answered my questions, and made me feel supported along the way. His knowledge of the Honolulu condo market and experience negotiating helped me get a great deal and feel confident in my purchase. I’m so grateful for the guidance and care I received throughout this journey. I would highly recommend David Sur to anyone looking to buy a home on Oʻahu, especially first-time buyers!

As soon as my husband and I met Kyle we knew he would make all our dreams come true! Kyle was very understanding and since my husband and I are first time home buyers we had lots of questions and concerns it doesn’t matter what time of the day or night he was there to answer them he made my husband and I feel reassured in our decisions that we were making. Kyle is not only knowledgeable and professional but he is understanding about our financial needs . We are blessed to have met Kyle he’s not just our realtor he’s a person I can call my FRIEND. There is not enough stars I can put in this page because he exceeds past stars !
