From the time we let her know we were selling our house, Donna Maier was able to give us help and guidance every step along the way. She was able to give us ideas on exactly which improvements were the most important to get done first and was able to help us find contractors that could fit us into their schedule. She made the time to check in on us frequently as we prepared the house for sale and gave the encouragement we needed. She was there to help relieve our stress whenever things were seemingly overwhelming, always being positive. She was a friend when we needed a friend and a professional all the way throughout. Donna provided us with a fantastic selling experience. She nailed it with an accurate market listing price. By knowing the market, she was able to get us a higher price than we thought possible. She gave us the confidence to move forward with that list price and a level of comfort that the house would be sold quickly. It was! We highly recommend using Donna Maier as your agent.
