Karin helped me understand all the documents I needed to sign and made sure I knew the deadlines for everything. She helped me stay organized. She also knows the local market very well and helped me find a place that met all my needs.

We chose Karin in part for her experience and market knowledge. We were off island for almost everything after our initial meeting with her and she handled everything amazingly well. This included some difficult, first- time buyers; last minute repairs; and shipping us some things we had left behind. She did everything promptly, thoughtfully, and with humor. We highly recommend working with her.

We could not be more pleased with the recent sale of our Maui property. Karin’s professionalism, her knowledge of market value and negotiation skills were instrumental in the sale by one of the first two buyers who viewed our property. We were kept informed on all aspects of the sale which made our experience seamless. We would not hesitate to recommend Karin for any real estate needs.

We selected Tom as our realtor, as he had a very in-depth knowledge of the changing real estate landscape in Maui, including the expected changes in the regulations around short-term rentals. Tom also had a very solid knowledge of the value, and how to assess properties that on the surface appear similar, but may not be on a closer look. He and his team displayed excellent communications throughout the process, was always reachable, and was very helpful in arranging some last-minute "to do's" in order to finalize things. I'd highly recommend Tom and his team.

Tom was so great to work with. Very knowledgeable and gave practical advice. No sales pressure, just helpful in all things Maui. I will definitely use him again for any future Maui real estate investments.
