Savvy, calm, and personable!

We chose Karin in part for her experience and market knowledge. We were off island for almost everything after our initial meeting with her and she handled everything amazingly well. This included some difficult, first- time buyers; last minute repairs; and shipping us some things we had left behind. She did everything promptly, thoughtfully, and with humor.
