Real estate teams in HI, 96706

This was not a normal escrow process, there were many nuances that if not handled properly, could’ve become a major obstacle to close the deal. Siona’s organization and attention to detail made all the difference. She was meticulous throughout the entire process so that any curveballs were identified from far away which led to no surprises. We look forward to working with her on the next transaction.

We started this journey with a simple IG message in January. I knew what we wanted and wouldn’t budge. Our realtor Siona would find properties and see if we were interested. Once we locked in she was relentless on making sure we were well aware of what we were getting into. She answered every question and if not she would find the answer. She didn’t leave any stone unturned and thoroughly walked us through every step of the way. I also enjoyed the fact that she respected our privacy and only asked questions on a need to know basis. We are now recommending her to all our friends and family.

As an Architect, I chose Team Wong Hawaii because of their professionalism, vast knowledge, meticulous attention to details, and continual willingness to assist. Team Wong Hawaii sold our 6-unit apartment building with efficiency, accuracy, and completeness. For us, the whole process was easy, pleasant and (most importantly) painless. It's definitely our "go-to Real Estate Co.". Dealing with Corinda, Michelle, Tammy and staff was enjoyable and enriching. Most of all, they were thoughtful, courteous, friendly and respectful. A truly great "Team" to work and deal with. So, if you're thinking of selling your home or commercial property, we highly recommend using Team Wong Hawaii as your Real Estate agent. .

I have so many positive things to say about Corinda Wong and her team that I hardly know where to begin! When we decided to sell our home in Kailua, Oahu, we interviewed six agents recommended by family, friends, and neighbors. Although we’d had Corinda’s magnet calendar on our refrigerator for over 10 years, we wanted to be absolutely sure we chose the right agent. We were relocating across the country, had a tight timeline, and needed help coordinating the relocation of family members living in part of our home. Corinda stood out for her professionalism, organization, punctuality, excellent communication, and, above all, her kind, positive energy and diplomatic approach to solving every challenge. Her outstanding team was always on top of things, too! Everyone we mentioned her name to already knew of her and agreed that Team Wong is the best, especially in Kailua and Windward Oahu. Corinda coordinated everything, from staging and repairs to pest control, without hesitation or judgment. With over 35 years of experience and strong local connections, she made things happen—even when unexpected termite tenting threatened to derail our plans. She handled everything efficiently, kept our closing on schedule, and even tried to move it up! This was crucial because we’d found our dream home on the mainland, and timing was everything. Her accessibility was another huge plus. She was always easy to reach, and when she wasn’t available, someone from her team responded promptly. We always received answers by email or text, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. That level of communication and support is truly exceptional! I wholeheartedly recommend Corinda Wong and Team Wong to anyone selling a home on Oahu, especially in Kailua. You can interview six agents like we did, but I have a feeling you’ll see for yourself why Corinda is so special!

Darrell is real easy to work with and very knowledgeable of the market. He took care of me during this whole process every step of the way.

As a first-time homebuyer, I really appreciated having an experienced and knowledgeable Realtor by my side. From start to finish, working with David Sur to purchase my condo in Honolulu was a great experience. David helped me understand the process, answered my questions, and made me feel supported along the way. His knowledge of the Honolulu condo market and experience negotiating helped me get a great deal and feel confident in my purchase. I’m so grateful for the guidance and care I received throughout this journey. I would highly recommend David Sur to anyone looking to buy a home on Oʻahu, especially first-time buyers!

David did an incredible job finding our dream home! He was highly recommended to us from a family friend. He really took into consideration of what we were looking for providing his expertise on properties, location, market, value, etc. It felt like the home was meant to be for us. My family and I are originally from Hawaii so it was important for us to find a realtor we could trust and have great hospitality and service from. David being from Hawaii was an extra plus. He was great with communicating, very professional, friendly and personable. His partnerships allowed us to have an amazing offer on our home that we couldn't pass up on. We are first time home buyers so the process was already stressful, but David made the process smooth for us, made us more knowledgable and reassured us we were making the best decision. Thank you David and Darell! We will never forget this incredible experience!

Shannon and Reine were extremely knowledgable and helpful in us finding our home. They communicated frequently with us and were quick to answer any questions. Shannon and Reine were very helpful through the negotiation process. They would often point out the pros and cons of each property which we highly valued. Both were highly professional and we highly recommend them.

Reine Ah Moo is my agent in purchase transaction and although there was some issue from the mainland lender who is not familiar with some Hawaii’s process, she was on them and made sure that we close on time. To me it was a smooth transaction because of her. I also trust her to handle my selling transaction next. Reine and Modern Hawaii Realty team supported me all the way. I appreciate them very much
