I began my real estate career in the year 2000 with Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, and in 2015, I became a Founding Member of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hawai'i Realty. I work with my wife, Mary M. Beddow, and niece Malia Barger, and together we are the Beddow Real Estate Team. Our team specializes in the Kailua, Lanikai, and the Windward Side, listing and successfully selling oceanfront properties on Kailua Beach and Lanikai Beach. We also provide buyer services. We provide our valued seller clients with complimentary home staging, professional property photos and videos, and assistance with readying homes inside and out - including yard clean-up and junk removal.

In her spare time, Malia enjoys family time with her husband, son, and daughter. Malia has a passion for dancing the hula and has performed in many competitions and family functions.

In 2015, Mary M. Beddow and her husband, Chris R. Beddow, became Founding Members of BHHS Hawai'i Realty. Mary's Team consists of Chris and their niece, Malia Barger. They provide expertise, service, home staging, professional property photos and videos, and personalized property marketing plans to their valued clients. Mary began her career in real estate in 1992 when she joined Bradley Properties, Kailua Branch, as a full-time residential Real Estate Salesperson. Bradley Properties merged with four other brokerages in 1999 and became known as Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. In 2003, Mary received her Broker's license and was awarded Vice President's status by CBPP in 2005. Most recently, she has been honored with the Legend award, achieving the Top 1% of all BHHS Network for all 5 of her years with the company.
