I've lived in several states and have bought and sold many houses in the past four decades. With the exception of one realtor, I've always had favorable experiences. In 2024, I needed to move to Connecticut, from Pennsylvania, and I began my search for a house online. I found one house that I was interested in and requested the help of an agent (online). Erik worked seven days a week on my project and made himself available whenever I needed him for a consult. Needless to say, Erik was 110% invested. Because of Erik's guidance and expertise, I was comfortable with making an offer on a house in Bristol, from hundreds of miles away. The experience was wonderful, I absolutely love my new house, and I've never lived in a more friendly neighborhood. No other realtor has ever given me this type of dedicated service.
