One of the things we appreciated most was how flexible and accommodating she was with our schedules. She always made time for us and never made us feel rushed or pressured. She showed us every house we were interested in and really let us take the lead, which meant a lot. At no point did we feel like she was trying to “sell” us on a home—she genuinely wanted us to find the right one for us. At the same time, she brought so much value by pointing out small details and things we would have never noticed on our own, which helped us make better decisions.
