We first met Amy when looking for a house to rent in West Hartford. She found us a comfortable, affordable single family home in a nice neighborhood. A year later, we liked the neighborhood enough that we decided to buy there. After a couple weeks of looking, Amy found us an affordable single family house. She was super helpful during the whole process. A couple of years later, my wife got a job offer in Toronto. We moved to Toronto but kept the house because we liked the neighbors so much we thought we might want to retire there. We decided to rent out the house instead of selling it.
