Logan communicates extremely well. I did not live in the same area anymore and he took point on everything getting the house ready for sale - he was instrumental in lining up the services needed to get the house ready. He was prompt and clearly communicated and explained things so that I could understand and make informed decisions. He went above and beyond, offering to help me empty the house and chiseled out the parking spots after the big freeze this winter. Then when the offers on the house began he clearly explained how everything would work, which offers we entertained to see the best returns. Phillip was so helpful to us while we were looking for a house from several states away. He helped us “walk through” homes virtually and gave us his honest opinions on homes we requested that he visit.
