WOW! is what comes to mind when I think about my experience with Ms. Elise Byrd! Ms. Byrd was more than a realtor. The way she looked out for my family and I was as if she was purchasing the home for her family . She was professional, present, and prepared for every part of our home buying process. What was most important to us was how Ms. Byrd conducted herself. Ms. Byrd's character is flawless. She operates with integrity, respect, and treats people the way she wants to be treated. When we felt like giving up, she was there to encourage us and continued to find homes for us to view. It wasn't about commission for Ms. Byrd. It was about understanding our desires, wants, and needs. We kept going because she kept going. Her energy, tenacity, and passion for helping people was seen when we met, heard when we talked, and felt when we exchanged communication via email. Ms. Byrd was ON IT! The home buying process was made easy because of Ms. Byrd! My family and I did not only find a house, we found the right house because of Ms. Byrd. She was there to have the conversations we could not have, she reminded us to submit required paperwork before the deadline date, and she handled negotiations like an expert. Also, she kept the sellers in mind while having true and honest conversations about the process. We knew what to expect because of Ms. Byrd. We are now in our Forever Home thanks to our realtor not giving up on us and not throwing in the towel when we wanted to. She is a BEAST in the real estate industry! Anyone who secures Ms. Byrd's services is in for the time of their lives. Her wit, humor, and love for mankind is evident in the distance she will go to ensure you reach your desired goal! Thank you, Ms, Byrd!
