I hired Rose to list my home 4 years ago when I left town and she was such a professional so I rehired her when I moved back to Houston as my buyer s agent. Her professionalism and expertise made both transactions very smooth. Any questions or concerns I had were quickly resolved by Rose. She fought for me fearlessly as the listing agent screwed up by not disclosing that the townhome I was buying has HOA insurance of 2,400 annually in addition to the monthly HOA fees. We found out about this extra fee 3 days before closing Rose has successfully negotiated for me and I was able to get a seller credit of 4k at closing . Rose is one of a kind Realtor who will fight for her clients. She s hardworking unlike other Realtors who are lazy and don t know what they re doing . I have already referred her to 2 of my friends . I can t thank her enough.

Ms. Lakesha is the best! Highly experienced realtor and was very supportive through and through this journey. I was blessed to have her in my corner during this journey.

Extremely upfront about market expectations and truly goes out of his way to make it an easy to buy and sell without a headache. He will take a call any time of day for any questions or concerns you may have.
