John was our buyer's agent for the recent purchase of a new-to-us home. As busy professionals, we needed someone to do the research to determine the fair market value of the property, and John came through in a big way. His thorough analysis of the previous purchase price, existing loans, and improvements of the home, coupled with recent area home sales put us in the best negotiating position possible. John worked around our schedules and made himself available on short notice. His vast experience selling waterfront properties was a bonus. We highly recommend John Ardolino.
