Selling our home with Darren was an easy task. Everything went smoothly and was well planned out; from timing to getting the house ready to put on the market to the final settlement, there were no delays. Darren was always responsive and even managed to get some last minute work done when a storm hit our area the night before we settled.

What can I say about this young man who has exceeded all expectations? It is rare to find a person whose knowledge, professionalism, communication abilities, and negotiating skills are beyond reproach. Gene was recommended to me and within an hour of our first conversation, we met in person to discuss strategies that carried us through the next 3 weeks. Within 3 weeks, Gene assisted with purchasing our forever home and selling our current home for top dollar (highest ever selling price in the neighborhood). He did this with meticulous dedication to his craft, professionalism, and unbelievable attention to detail. Did I mention this was all achieved during the winter holidays? Every goal that I set for Gene, he overwhelmingly exceeded! I cannot thank Gene and his team enough for their dedication and expertise, even working around our children’s schedules for showings and meetings. Let’s face it, today’s market is complicated, our schedules are full, and nothing seems to come easy but with Gene around, I had a personal “easy button” that took the time to understand our needs, learn about my family, and simplify a complicated process where all we had to do was move into our dream home. If you need a real estate agent who can do it all, run, don’t walk to Gene!
