What can I say about this young man who has exceeded all expectations? It is rare to find a person whose knowledge, professionalism, communication abilities, and negotiating skills are beyond reproach. Gene was recommended to me and within an hour of our first conversation, we met in person to discuss strategies that carried us through the next 3 weeks. Within 3 weeks, Gene assisted with purchasing our forever home and selling our current home for top dollar (highest ever selling price in the neighborhood). He did this with meticulous dedication to his craft, professionalism, and unbelievable attention to detail. Did I mention this was all achieved during the winter holidays? Every goal that I set for Gene, he overwhelmingly exceeded!
