When we met with David we were impressed with his enthusiasm and energy. He seemed energized and excited at the prospect of marketing our property. All the agents we interviewed lavishly praised our home but David seemed more genuine and specific in noting features that were marketing high points. We did have a lot of fun as he said we would until our buyers ran into trouble at the last minute with their house sale. That's when the fun went away and the stress flooded in. Fortunately, David handled those problems with level headed calm and strong negotiating instincts which really helped us. He was cool and collected and drove on with intensity and purpose. He brought us to a successful closing and a happy ending. I without reservation recommend him. His strong suits are energy, planning, communication and super strong negotiating skills.

This was our first time buying a home, and it is such a stressful and overwhelming experience I hope I never have to go through again (though if I did, Deb would be my first phone call!) But Deb was with us the whole time, answered every question, never pressured us in any way, she truly wanted us to be 100% happy with our purchase.
