After being outbid, sellers that didn't actually want to sell, and viewing a few houses misrepresented as "livable", Laury and Guy stuck with us through the mud and found us the perfect place to settle into after retirement. Both are not only knowledgeable in the market climate, but the area and the people as well. Once we finally found the one, they made the process seamless and about as stress free as it could be!

This was our first time selling a house. There was a lot of unknowns. We lived in an area that wasn’t moving as fast as one would like. Richard would explain to us how to go about selling our house. He was always very positive. He answered every question we had, but in a way where it was cause he wanted us to understand.
