Christine Malmos is an AMAZING person and EXCEPTIONAL agent! The type of home I was looking for was not an easy challenge, I had already gone thru 2 agents who didn't want to put in the effort. In less than 2 weeks, she found me a architectural dream home and, because of how dated the bathroom and kitchen was, Christine was able to negotiate 25% off asking price in today's market. Christine was always easy to get in touch with, a pleasure to work with and saved me a lot of money through her experience in the industry. I will always refer Christine to anyone I know looking for a home or commercial real estate!
