Nytia was superb in every way. She listened and understood the needs for our home purchase and stayed on top of current and future listings. Nytia was very patient and worked with me for 4 months until we found the house that met our needs. She was available on evenings and weekends whenever I had questions and once under contract she continued to work hard to ensure all commitments were executed before closing. Nytia is an extremely hard working and stays committed through the entire process.

As first time buyers we came into this process with no prior knowledge. Spencer clearly explained the process and options at every step of the way. At each showing, he was able to answer all of our questions in great detail. His experience was evident as he pointed out very detailed differences between houses based on the year they were built, material, location, etc. Another perk of his experience is that he was able to help provide visions for each property that we visited. Throughout the process, we never had to wait on Spencer and he was always preparing for the next step.

I’ve had the pleasure to have the opportunity to have Angie Pfeuffer as an agent on my recent moves. She was a source of excellent information and thoroughness in all transactionas. You would be fortunate to have her help you buy or sell properties and she is so kind.
