When I first decided to sell my house, I knew it would take a damn fine realtor to help me with this project. I was stressed out and overwhelmed with what lay ahead of me, but I could only think of one person to help me. I immediately reached out to Laura. I've worked with her before, and she helped me find the home that just recently sold. I had a general idea what I wanted to do. She collaborated directions for my project, and she helped me decide how elaborate I wanted it to become. She spit-balled ideas left and right, allowing me time enough for each idea to sink in. When I came to a decision, Laura walked beside me every step of the way, providing invaluable guidance and feedback. Laura spent time getting to know me, my personality, and provided an objective "voice of reason" when my brain went over-drive with ideas and doubts. She kept the project moving forwards despite having so many twists and turns. Laura met each obstacle with grace and tenacity, and she helped me conquer each hurtle. Though I am not a realtor, nor that well educated in the realm of realty, I had many opportunities to learn from her regarding the market; what looks good, trends, legalities, etc. She spent a great deal of time with me on this project. Her time was well worth every penny! I know that Laura is one of the finest realtors in the Southeast. She's tenacious, professional, fierce, empathetic, intuitive, and ambitious. She's like the "Swiss Army Knife" of Realtors; there doesn't appear much that she can't do, and she seems to always have a nifty trick up her sleeve that you weren't expecting. I highly recommend her whether you are buying or selling. She is an amazing woman and a wonderful realtor! She's the bees knees!

We have really enjoyed working with Laura. Honestly, we haven't been the easiest family to work with but Laura was very patient and never complained. She provided great input whenever we had uncertainty and helped us throughout the process. I had one realtor before Laura. The realtor did a terrible job in trying to sell my home. I felt she was in it just for her percentage. But Laura made me very comfortable. She did all the work. All I had to do was sign the final papers!
