You can always get ahold of her, she is there to walk you through everything, and truly fight for you. She has fast turn around times & helps explain everything. She helps make sure things are fair for you as her client. She makes the house buying & selling processes a little less stressful. I recommend Kasey to everyone looking for an agent. I have had agents before just care about their check at the end and that is NOT Kasey.

Susan is the best! We called Susan to discuss listing our house and she explained everything they would do to help sell it. They aggressively marketed our property and within two weeks of signing with Susan, we had over three offers. We sold our house for more than we were asking because of Susan's marketing and promotion. She worked with us in finding a new home and without complaint, helped us look at 15 or 20 homes before we found the one. We were becoming a bit frustrated because we were running out of time to find a home, but Susan kept calm, guided us, and kept telling us that everything was going to work out - and it did!
