After meeting him, it was the icing on the cake. When my home went on the market, I immediately had many offers. Crayton strategically chose the best offer. I was in an agreement with a buyer within 2 weeks. My home was sold within 45 days.  I needed my home sold for a reasonable price, and as fast as possible. Crayton provided this. He is a "heck" of a negotiator. Crayton also patiently helped me purchase a home.  I needed to sell my home, purchase another, and schedule the closing dates to match my needs.  Crayton provided this for me. Crayton also assisted me at both closings. If I were to do another real estate transaction, I would definitely choose him again.
