Nicholas Oliver is the man when it comes to listing real estate. To be honest, I had my doubts about him initially... I thought he was a lunatic when he wanted to list my home at such a high price point... but when he sold my home in less than 10 days for more than 20 percent of fair market value (and we got more than asking price) I knew I made the right choice in selecting Mr. Oliver as my agent.
