Every step of the process, Ledeen provided us with information we needed to make an informed decision. With her assistance, we were confident in making decisions to ensure we were making the correct choice. She was professional, and always a joy to interact with. Ledeen was recommend to us by a close friend and we are are thankful for that recommendation. The house shopping process was smooth and very enjoyable and without excess of stress. Ledeen continues to provide assistance with deliveries and other set up of our new residence, again going well above any realtor expectation.

Both Jodie and I had just a wonderful experience working with Ledeen Hangen. She was incredibly responsive to all our needs during a stressful time in our lives. She negotiated a great deal for us in the process in getting a full price offer on our villa home and also ensured our rights were protected. Ledeen is a full-service realtor who offers turnkey concierge service. She even brought us boxes and supplies stopping by to see how we were doing. Her support and efforts were seamless, so we had no worries at all. She actually became a lifelong friend from working with her during this time. I would highly recommend her to any perspective buyer or seller for a great experience.

Ledeen Hangen was outstanding through all phases of the purchase of our new home in Latitude Margaritaville. She demonstrated excellent knowledge of the local market and the Latitude Margaritaville community. We highly recommend her to anyone considering buying or selling a property in this area

Missy is knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I called her and the very next day we were out looking at houses and found our future home! She was calm and communicative during a stressful move and that helped so much. I can’t thank her enough! A month later and we closed!

Missy knows the area inside and out. She is very honest with her answers, which we found to be very refreshing. She doesn't sugar coat things just tells it like it is. This is what makes Missy incredible to work with.

We had a great experience working with Darren and Missy Yost on the purchase of our new construction home. We were relocating from another state. Their knowledge of the area and the many communities was very helpful. They were professional, responsive and always looked out for our best interests with the builder. We truly appreciated their guidance and would highly recommend them to anyone buying a home.

Made the entire process easy and helped us understand things that were so new to us. very professional while also being there for you every step of the way.

Yessica is the best! Brilliant! She stayed on top of the sale of our home and communicated with us every step of the way. She went above and beyond for us and looked out for us when we didn’t even know it. Yessica is hands down the best realtor in the low country!
