Robert is a true professional. When my husband and I were first considering a move to Bluffton, we met with Robert. He gathered information about us and presented a number of homes in the area for a possible match. He then provided information on new home developments which we hadn’t even considered. After visiting the developments, we decided that the new home experience met our needs best. Throughout the construction, Robert was present at every meeting with the builder and visited the site when we were unable to, and provided a video recording of the progress. He certainly exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend him.

Robert was of great assistance on a move from Ohio to SC. In addition to his normal Realtor function, he acted as our liaison with the builder, providing regular updates via videos of the home. He was forthright and honest in his appraisal of the construction process, making sure the home was in excellent shape at closing. He was good counsel at every stage of the process from contract through closing.
