After I chose the inspection services, Donna made herself available to be present at all of the inspections. After each inspection, she then notified me with the outcome of those inspections. Donna was continuously in communication with me to keep me updated on all of the events and timelines that we were required to keep. One of the things that Donna did really impress me (in addition to the other superior services she provided). In able for us to close on time, we opted to have our daughter act as our Power of Attorney to sign the closing documents. Donna knew that our daughter had never been involved in signing closing documents. Donna told me that she would be present during the closing documents signing and help our daughter any questions she might have.
