Richard helped my fiance and I find our dream home!! This was our first home purchase so we required a lot of patience and explaining and Richard always took the time to do both. He was always very honest with us and gave us advice and tips when we asked! He always made himself available to us and always picked up his phone when we would call with questions or wanting to schedule an appointment to view a house. He helped us feel comfortable and calm during the whole process! If you want a realtor who will make time for you anytime of the week, encourage you with your decisions, and help with anything along the way- Richard if your realtor! 10/10
