Kristy has been working with us forever on finding the "perfect home" for our needs. She was patient and very helpful in guiding us - for years. Then, we found the perfect house and within a 6-week period, we bought it, sold our house (in less than 9 hours!) and moved. What a whirlwind! Kristy was there with us every step of the way. From the buying to the selling of our house, she kept everything on track flawlessly. Whether you're a first time home buyer or seasoned home seller, we HIGHLY recommend Kristy for your buying and/or selling needs. She knows all the ins and outs!

Kathy was a dream agent. She was available to assist and guide me through the entire process. Buying and Selling a home can be very stressful. Kathy provided me with excellent advise on how to balance this process and make it all happen. Thank you again Fauscett Team!!

I can’t sing Katherine’s praises enough. I had appts with two other agents, but as soon as I met Katherine I knew she was exactly the person that I needed. The sale was very emotional for me and Katherine worked with me through it all. I would recommend her to anyone!!!
