Ms. Keylor Harmstad is an excellent real estate agent. From her first property visit, she was encouraging and pointed out things we must do before putting the house on the market. On the second visit, she told us the maximum we could get from selling the house based on the floor footage. Lastly, she was able to inform all other real estate agents with photos where the house was located and how much we were asking for it. This was a difficult sale due to the buyer's choice of loan broker. Nevertheless, it is done.

I 10/10 Recommend ! She definitely worked a miracle. Contacted her in the beginning of August and closed at the end of September with minimal closing costs. Communication was always great and she’s definitely reliable.
