We've had the pleasure of having Barbara as our realtor twice already (two home purchases and one sell). We whole-heartedly recommend her as a realtor. She treats you like family, advising and protecting you every step of the way. As new homebuyers we were lucky to have her pretty much hold our hands as we went through the complicated process. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She arrives earlier to home showings so that she can pick out the flaws of a home and provide her recommendations to ratify them, whether it be to negotiate a lesser price or even to walk away. She is also very knowledgeable in her field as she is constantly educating herself on the latest trends. Finally, she always finds time to talk, evident by the many weekend and late night calls we had. We cannot say enough about her.
