We enlisted Kate's help in selling our condo in a gated community in Dunwoody. From the outset, Kate was on top of it - making great suggestions as to pricing, staging and selling strategies. We received our first offer within 4 days. Her advice in negotiating with the seller and navigating the inspection was extremely helpful. At the end of the process, we got the price that we wanted and were very happy with the experience.
