David sold my former home and helped me buy my new home on Biscayne Drive. He asked the questions I didn’t think of, explained next steps and real estate law in certain areas. He was EXTREMELY professional, responsive, and easy to work with. He communicated well with the other agent, making the transaction all the way through the closing comfortable, organized, and pleasant. I could not have made a better choice than I did!

After several unsuccessful attempts to sell my decease mothers house with a previous realtor, I was very impressed how Alisha came in accessed the situation marketed the property and got the property sold. Alisha is very easy to work with and most of all listen to the seller concerns to help make the transaction smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Alishia to anyone would is trying to sell their house.
