California is a great place to live. But as y'all know - a hard place to invest in real estate if you are looking for Cash Flow. So, living in San Francisco Bay Area, I decided to look out of state for my first real estate investment. I narrowed in on Atlanta and got connected to Mitali as my Buyer's agent via a common friend. Mitali has been top notch from Day 1 when I contacted her via email/text: 1) Market Knowledge: Mitali gave me a good summary of various areas in the Atlanta-SandySprings metropolitan area. Where to invest, which areas to skip, rental market trends, etc.. For a new investor like me (and that too remote) - this information was Gold and helped me narrow down my choices. 2) Responsiveness: Mitali was always prompt on Emails, Text, Phone Calls, Video calls. She quickly closed the loop with the Seller's agent on all open items. She got all the documents in/out in time to/from me to close the deal. We made an offer on Jan-9 and closed the house on Jan-31. It would have been impossible if not for Mitali's push. 3) Professionalism: Mitali came out very professional on all interactions. Even after the deal closed, she helped me on finding local handyman, painters, etc. to get the work done on my house. As I was going through the process of finding a renter, she called me to check how things were going. When my initial efforts of find the renter were not bearing fruit, she hooked me up with another agent who helped me find a renter within 2 weeks. This is what I mean my Above and Beyond Overall, you can't go wrong with Mitali - whether you are looking for your Personal Residence or an Investment Property; whether you live in Atlanta or are moving there or if you are a remote investor like me.
