Working with Diva to purchase our home was a fantastic experience! We started our home search perhaps a little too early (based on when our lease ended) but Diva stuck with us through many months of looking. She listened and responded to our feedback thoughtfully, was always available for questions or to have conversations related to our purchase, knew the market well in the area in which we were looking, and had relationships with a fantastic mortgage broker. As a result, the entire process felt very easy - I know much more goes on behind the scenes, but it truly felt like all we had to do was show up ready to sign on the dotted line.
